When will I receive my letter?
Subscribe by the 15th of each month to receive that corresponding month's mail club. If you sign-up after the 15th, you will receive the mail club for the following month.
Please allow up to 14 days for USPS to deliver your letter via ground shipping. Please note, non-trackable shipping is used in order to keep the monthly cost as low as possible.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, please log-in to the subscription page and update your shipping address at any time.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and cancelling (or pausing) your subscription.
What if my letter arrived damaged?
If your letter arrived damaged, please email me at gaby@mamamail.club to receive a replacement!
